As an addition to that (with a lot more posts on the various aspects of how nuclear power works in addition to news updates), MIT’s page at http://mitnse.com/ is excellent. And, for a local article, Molly Green’s column here is worth a read (and then some disagreement or sighing over hyperbole, probably).
